“... in just a few short weeks of meeting with his lunch buddy, a Redmond Police office, Jonathan's attitude toward school has changed dramatically for the positive. He has better manners and addresses adults properly and is more engaged in his learning. He wants to be in school now and has turned in homework more regularly. Jonathan doesn't normally get too emotional, but lights up when he sees his lunch buddy!" -Jonathan's teacher

“My lunch buddy made my life happier. She comforts me when I doubt myself. She is a good friend. She makes me believe in myself to do the homework. My grades have gone up a bit since having a lunch buddy. I think everybody should have a lunch buddy because it is good to have a lot of friendships."
